Modes of Interpreting
All Languages embraces technology and, while the majority of interpreting sessions continue to be provided in a live, face-to-face (F2F) environment, video and telephone interpreting services are available to improve service levels and flexibility. Interpreting staff can help assess your situation and arrange a qualified professional interpreter in the mode that best meets your time, cost and quality requirements.
On-Site (F2F) Interpreting
Scheduling interpreters in almost any language is effortless, simply contact us by phone during business hours, or send your request by fax or email anytime. Our staff will provide an interpreter who fits the nature of your assignment, as well as your location and timing. Suggestion, when using an interpreter for a meeting or appointment it is best to allow for a longer period of time then you would regularly schedule. Our on-site interpreters can interpret for an individual or in a group setting.
Over the Phone Interpreting (OPI)
OPI can occur either at a pre-arranged time, or on demand with a quick connection time through a toll-free number. This can be provided as part of an active conference call or as a telephone message relay.
Videoconference interpretation is generally provided at pre-arranged times or on demand with contracted customers. It can provide a very high level of quality since the choice of the interpreter is not affected by the sessions’ location, only by the language required and subject matter. Volume contract clients with daily or very frequent requirements can be provided a portable or stationary on-site video kiosk, or can receive video interpreting on any enabled desktop or laptop computer.
