It goes without saying that the best quality is obtained by allowing sufficient time for proper translation and associated workflows. Yet, even when faced with short timelines and challenging assignments, our linguists and administrative staff collaborate to deliver projects according to your requirements, on time and on budget. Standard delivery times vary based on the number of languages required, the volume of text, and the subject matter. For short texts, one or two workdays from receipt of the order is common. For commonly requested language translations including proofreading, production output standards are between 1,600 and 2,200 words per day depending on format and subject matter. Please note that overall daily output can vary by language, content and service options. Your translation coordinator will provide you with delivery timeline details.

No time to spare? Need a guaranteed quick turnaround? In an ideal world, we would all have the luxury of completing our tasks without rush. In the real world, the need for speed is often the rule rather than the exception. Many projects are done on a rush basis, and we are often able to satisfy our clients’ needs for a fast turnaround time without compromising the quality of the translation. Workflows may be changed, adding workdays or extending hours, or multiple translators may be assigned to improve delivery times while retaining consistent style and terminology by using a single reviser.
