The OIAA Claims Conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre was a bustling and energetic event! Our team members Frances Adler, Ema Guzman, and Deborah Primeau were on-site to represent All Languages and connect with the insurance community.
This year’s conference was another incredible success, with a steady flow of attendees making their way through the exhibition hall. We enjoyed the opportunity to network with various companies and IMEs, establishing and strengthening valuable connections with industry professionals.
Our team was stationed at Booth #511, where we had a fantastic time engaging with visitors and discussing how our professional translation and interpreting services can support the evolving needs of the claims industry.

One of the highlights at our booth this year was our interactive language game. We invited attendees to test their skills by guessing how to say “Thank you” in different languages. It was rewarding to see so many participants eager to test their linguistic knowledge and enjoy a bit of friendly competition. Congratulations to our 2026 game winner Natasha from Zurich Insurance.
To celebrate our attendance and show our appreciation to the claims community, we held two special draws for $100 Visa gift cards.
