We understand Canada's language regulations

Federal legislation states that English and French are the official languages of Canada and will be treated with equal status within the government of Canada.

The legislation provides that Canadians have the right to receive services from federal departments, courts and Crown Corporations in both official languages and that Parliament will establish and communicate laws and regulations in both official languages and ensure both versions will be of equal legal weight.

The legislation is also designed to support the development of English and French linguistic minority communities and generally advance the equality of status and use of the English and French languages within Canadian society.

Canada has bilingual label And packaging requirements.

Packages and labels used in Canada must comply with Bill 40 which addresses procedures outlined in the Charter of the French language.
